Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities Area

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop customised proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing the sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and market shifts.
  • Represent Red Cube Digital at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company's services and expand client base.

Key Skills Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with a successful track record in sales and business development, only in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
